peer tutoring
Reflection
To support Ruslan and Maybritt, a lot of mentors and mentees went to the start event of Davai. It was a nice opportunity get to know our mentees better. We all had a drink, ate some Davai and talked about their first impressions of IBM. We gave them feedback on how to handle certain things and they could ask us the first questions they had regarding the program and the upcoming exams.

Reflection
Last time we could meet our mentees. We had a long conversation about the upcoming exams and how to handle them.
General reflection
I think Loammi and I did very good as mentors. We hosted a lot of activities for our mentees and we really had a good bond with our mentees. I would like to thank Loammi for all of his work and time. He is the ideal person to work with on such a project. I think our mentees are also very satisfied. They've sent us question on Facebook when they had some, we sometimes had a drink after school and in general, we were a very good team. The bowling was not only mine but also the mentee's favourite activity for the simple reason that is has nothing to do with school. During both peer tutoring sessions, the mentees benefited a lot because they had the chance to ask two totally different students (Loammi and me) all the questions they had and could ask us for our experiences. Loammi and I communicated very easily over facebook or during class. All the mentees, except one, did their best and were very cooperative. I enjoyed being a mentor but I don't think I have learned something new with it.
